About
I've worked inside startups long enough to know what piles up when no one has the bandwidth to deal with it: the onboarding no one owns, the wiki that's six months out of date, the calendar that fills up with everyone else's priorities. My focus is on supporting leaders and streamlining the systems beneath them. I am farther removed from the day-to-day, which means I can see the patterns and still be positioned to influence them.
My first job was as a sales associate at H&M. One of their values was Entrepreneurial Spirit, a phrase I've never stopped thinking about. Ownership and proactivity aren't reserved for founders. I see myself as a stakeholder, not a support function.
Ahead of the problem
I track what's coming, flag what needs attention, and move on things before they become urgent. When done well, you stop thinking about the operational layer entirely.
Connecting the dots
Most friction isn't about individual performance. It's about what happens between people. The handoff that stalls, the context that doesn't travel, the question no one knows who to ask. I identify those gaps and make sure things connect.
Technically fluent
I use AI as a working tool and I stay curious about what's next. Claude for drafting and communications, Fireflies for meeting capture and action items, a Slack app I built for employee engagement. This entire site was built using Claude Code.
